Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Personalized items may take up to 2 additional business days to fulfill due to customization.
During peak periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing times may take longer. If your order contains backordered or preordered items, your entire order may be held to ship together, potentially extending processing and shipping times.

International Shipping
International orders’ shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. All orders are sent Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP), which means no additional fees are charged upon delivery.
Carbon Emission Offset
We care about the environment! We offset carbon emissions from shipping on every delivery to reduce our environmental impact.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Important Notes
- Processing and transit times apply to business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- For international shipments, customs clearance may extend delivery times beyond the estimated shipping window.
- In the event that an international order goes unclaimed, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to resolve. Luriax will not issue a refund for unclaimed orders, and they will not be returned to us; if unclaimed, they may be abandoned or disposed of.
Address Issues
It’s important to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Any additional shipping charges due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility. In the event that a package is lost due to address issues, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All products are insured up to the value of your purchase. In cases of loss or damage during shipping, Luriax reserves the right to replace the item or offer store credit.
Please note that Luriax is not responsible for lost or missing parcels once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost after delivery, please contact your local post office.
Package Security
Buyers are responsible for providing a secure location for package delivery. While all packages are insured, theft after delivery is not covered. If your package is stolen, you will need to file a claim with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance and report the theft to the police.
