Need to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered with our simple 30-day return policy for all purchases.
Any unused item, still in its original condition (no marks, scratches, or signs of wear) and in its original packaging with all included accessories, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Please note, the shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable. Items that have been used, customized, or are missing their original packaging cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
- The item must be unused, with no signs of wear, scuffs, or scratches.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must not be personalized or customized.
- The item must have been purchased directly from LURIAX or an authorized LURIAX seller.
United States Returns
For U.S. returns, returns are free within 30 days of the item's delivery date. A prepaid return label or QR code will be provided for your convenience.
How to Start a Return:
- Log into your account using the email address connected to your purchase.
- Select the item you wish to return and submit your return request.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label with step-by-step return instructions.
Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your return for the refund or store credit to be processed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item quickly, begin by initiating a return for the item you’d like to replace. Once we accept the return, you can place a new order for the replacement. You’ll receive a full refund for the returned item once it arrives. This ensures a quicker, hassle-free exchange process, with your new item shipped as soon as possible.
International Returns
For orders placed outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide a return shipping label. We recommend selecting a shipping method that offers tracking to avoid issues with your return.

Please note that international customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once your return reaches us, allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. It may take another 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Policy
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in shipping. Your refund will cover the cost of the returned items plus applicable sales tax, minus any discounts applied at checkout. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial order once we’ve received and processed your return at our warehouse. We cannot issue refunds to any other payment method. If an item has been replaced, it is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Warranty Information
We offer a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear do not qualify for warranty coverage.
